GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND SCOPE
Navkaar Sales trading as House Of Vamika, Delhi - 110083 maintains the internet portal houseofvamika.com, a fashion online store (hereinafter "houseofvamika.com").
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case you receive a damaged product (a highly unlikely event), please email us at support@houseofvamika.com the photo of the product along with the Order Number within 48 hours of receiving the same. It will be replaced with another piece of the same item.
For damage, empty, defective and short shipment order we need proper unboxing video.
For color issue, There may be slight color variations in the actual product and image due to photo shoot and lighting conditions.
EXCEPTIONS OR NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Also items purchased under any kind of sale/discounted price/promo codes are final sale. They are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.
10-15% color difference might be there due to screen resolutions of the customer device and camera light settings in photography. Return or exchange request is not allowed in that case.
From our side we use the best quality fabric and colors. We suggest customers read the product description and have a look at all the pictures. There is no return/exchange in case the customer doesn't like the material or color of the goods sold.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once your return is accepted, we will arrange a pickup from your address. After the returned product is delivered to us, we will promptly dispatch your replacement or exchange item. Only size exchange for a bigger or a smaller size is allowed.

First exchange (NOT RETURN) on eligible products is free of cost. For any further change for an order, shipping fees of Rs 200 will be charged.
